As it is known that the S2/S3 Scholarships for Foreign Affairs Directorate General of Higher Education has been offered since 2007 with the aim of improving the qualifications of lecturers in universities. By considering the number of lecturers who are interested to study in foreign universities, we hereby re-opened registration for the fifth wave of scholarship S2/S3 departure in 2011. The scholarship program is intended for lecturers and Equipment PTN, professors and lecturers in the foundation deposits (PTS) in the Ministry of Education and prioritized for programs S3 (PhD).

Especially for those who apply to universities in the United States, in cooperation with the Directorate General of Higher Education has opened AMINEF-DIKTI Fulbright scholarship program. And for now, the registration application for the Fulbright-allocation of Higher Education in 2011 we have closed.

For those interested to apply for scholarships S2/S3 Foreign Affairs Directorate General of Higher Education to universities outside the United States are given the opportunity to register on-line via website: beasiswa.dikti.go.id. Through on-line registration, each registrant will receive a registration number on-line.

Furthermore, to clarify the information that you convey online, we ask you to send files an application form:

1. On-line Registration Number
2. Letter of the Rector and / or Kopertis
3. A Higher Form;
4. Letter of Acceptance from an accredited college;
5. Photocopy of diploma for applicants levels S1 and S2 levels of diplomas for applicants S2 S3
6. Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL / IELTS), German, French, Japanese or other languages, according to the country where the intended college (no more than two years);
7. Letters of recommendation (three pieces)
8. Research proposal

All of the files mentioned above are included in brown envelopes by writing the name, address and registration number on-line sender, and we received no later than 30 September 2010 at 15:00 pm sent to this address:
